Produced by the Fincas Mierisch team, this Geisha is something special. The seeds were first obtained from infamous Don Pachi Estate in Panama who is said to of been the godfather Panama Geisha before being smuggled into Nicargua.
This Geisha is processed as natural and is dried on tarps for the first four days under 100% sunlight to prevent over-fermentation. After this, they are transferred onto the African beds where it dried with 75% shade to slow the drying process.
In the cup, you can expect notes of white peach, jasmine and Cashew. This is a classic delicate geisha process with an interesting mix of Nicaraguan terroir.
