Known for its exceptional quality, this Grade 1 coffee is free from cup faults and taints, with zero quakers. This coffee is primarily made up of JARC and local varieties of Arabica, which contribute to its complex flavour profile. Processed using the washed (wet) method, it offers a clean, vibrant cup with tasting notes of jasmine, peach, kaffir leaf, and honey. The coffee has a medium body and a sweet, lingering aftertaste. The Dumerso Washing Station processes beans from approximately 700 farmers in the Gedeo Zone, further enhancing the region’s reputation for high-quality coffee production.
