This coffee is primarily made up of JARC and local varieties of Arabica, which contribute to its complex flavour profile. Processed using the washed (wet) method, it offers a clean, vibrant cup with tasting notes of jasmine, peach, kaffir leaf, and honey. The coffee has a medium body and a sweet, lingering aftertaste. The Dumerso Washing Station processes beans from approximately 700 farmers in the Gedeo Zone, further enhancing the region’s reputation for high-quality coffee production.
